Why didn’t my payment using PayLah! go through?

If auto-debit is not enabled, there may be insufficient cash in your PayLah! wallet.

Here’s how to resolve it on the PayLah! app:

1. Tap on More.
2. Tap on Manage PayLah!.
3. Select Enable Auto Debit.

Important:

Any extension made will be charged to the PayLah! in real-time. If there are insufficient funds, the manual extension will not go through.
