All GetGo cars are equipped with Esso Fuel Cards, so there's no need for you to cover fuel costs.
If you're unable to use our ESSO Fleet Card, you can refuel the vehicle at any other petrol station by paying upfront and requesting reimbursement later. As a thank you gesture, we'll also provide you with a $2 promo code when you spend $50 or more in a single receipt.
Important note:
Ensure the fuel tank has less than a ¼ remaining and opt for 95 RON petrol (Synergy Extra, FuelSave 95, Levo95, Premium 95) or diesel.
Here's how you can get reimbursed for assisting with refuelling:
- Submit clear photos of the dashboard before and after refuelling.
- Capture a clear photo of your complete receipt displaying the date and time.
- If the fuel card surpasses the limit, kindly send us a photo of the error message on the machine indicating the card exceeded the limit.
After refuelling, our system will cross-check the required photos for verification. Once approved, you can expect your reimbursement within 3 working days.
Please remember that submissions lacking a clear receipt photo will not be eligible for reimbursement.
By submitting the reimbursement form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful. It's important to note that falsely claiming to have refuelled a GetGo car, when untrue, constitutes the offence of Cheating under Section 420 of the Singapore Penal Code. This offence carries a maximum imprisonment term of 10 years and a fine.
