Pets are only allowed if they are kept in locked carriers, as pet fur can cause allergic reactions for other users. We also aim to be considerate of the Muslim community.
If you bring your pet, please ensure they are always in a carrier and that the car is clean when you return it. This helps the next user enjoy a clean and comfortable ride too!
Please note that we will impose a cleaning fee for drivers who are found responsible for leaving the car in a dirty condition (e.g., pet fur on the car’s upholstery).
First- and second-time offenders will be required to pay a $300 cleaning fee — while third-time offenders will be permanently banned from using GetGo.
