Before beginning your booking, please check your vehicle’s required fuel type at the bottom of your booking page.
In the event of you using the wrong fuel on your vehicle, please:
- Do not attempt to drive the vehicle
- Reach out to us via Live Chat immediately to report the incident.
- Provide the exact location of the vehicle, and ensure that all of your belongings have been retrieved from it.
Our support team will complete your booking once all relevant information is provided and the vehicle is in a safe spot.
Do note that your account will be temporarily banned while we conduct further investigation.
A penalty will be applied for using the wrong type of fuel.
