While on the road, you can use the GetGo app to find nearby charging stations from one of our partners (such as CDG ENGIE, CHARGE+, Singapore Power (SP) and ChargEco).
We’ll pay for the charging expenses and give you a promo code as a thank you for recharging the EV.
If the battery level of the EV is below 50% when your booking ends, please return it to the suggested charging lot and recharge it.
Otherwise, you can return the EV to its home lot.
Here’s a video guide on how to start and stop charging the EV:
Important:
- If you’re ending your booking and are unable to charge your EV at its charging lot due to a lack of time, please return it to its home lot regardless of its remaining battery level so that other drivers can use the charger.
- Parking at a charging lot without charging your EV is illegal and may incur a penalty.
