How do I check the EV’s battery level?
You can check the EV’s battery level via the dashboard/instrument panel or the touch infotainment system screen.
Please end your booking with a battery level of at least 50% so the EV has enough power for the next GetGoer to enjoy.
- If the battery level is below 50%: Return EV to its suggested home charging lot and leave it to charge.
- If the battery level is above 50%: Return EV to its home lot.
Where are my EV’s suggested home charging lot and home lot?
You can check out the suggested home charging lot and home lot on our app. Go to the Booking details page and look under Pick-up and return at
If you don’t see a charging lot under Pick-up and return at, this means that there is no home charging lot for your EV. Please return the EV to its home lot at the end of your booking.
