Please note that all GetGo cars will have the new On-Board Unit (OBU) in line with the ERP 2.0 system. You’ll now find a touchscreen display in front of the driver’s seat and a processing unit near the front passenger seat.
The OBU and touchscreen display will turn on and off automatically when you turn on and off the GetGo vehicle.
How to check your card balance: Refer to the top left corner of the touchscreen display to check your card balance.
Where to insert your CEPAS card: Please insert your CEPAS card into the processing unit near the front passenger footwell.
Important:
- The new OBU system only supports CEPAS cards (e.g., NETS Flashpay or NETS/EZ-Link Motoring cards).
- Your CEPAS card must have a sufficient amount. If there’s an insufficient amount in your card, the touchscreen display will emit a beeping sound.
- SimplyGo EZ-link cards and regular CashCards are incompatible and not supported by the new OBU system
