If you’ve just started your booking and noticed any of the following issues, please submit a cleanliness report via the GetGo app:
- Litter (masks, tissues, food wrappers, etc)
- Mud stains
For more severe cases (e.g., vomit), please reach out to us through Live Chat and provide the following details:
- Booking ID
- Car plate number
- Photo(s) of the mess
From there, rest assured that we will investigate the situation thoroughly to find out who the responsible party is. Additionally, first- and second-time offenders will be required to pay a $300 cleaning fee — while third-time offenders will be permanently banned from using GetGo.
