To unlock your car, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the ONGOING popup screen.

2. Tap once on Connect to car — wait a moment or two, it might take a while to establish a connection.
3. Tap Unlock.

Now, you're all good to GetGo! 🚙

If you’re still facing difficulties, follow the basic troubleshooting steps listed below.

1. Kill the app.
2. Turn the Bluetooth on and off. 
3. Relaunch the app.
