If you return your vehicle late, you will be charged a late fee of $50 per hour. Please note that a vehicle is only considered returned when you end your booking via the GetGo app.

Here are some important rules to help you avoid late returns:
- Plan your trips in advance so you have enough time for your booking
- Extend your booking early if you need extra time
- Return the vehicle by your scheduled end booking time
Common reasons for disputing a late return fee:
Please note that the following reasons will not be considered for a late return fee dispute.

"I returned the vehicle right on time / I was only 1 minute late.”
- If your scheduled end booking time is at 5pm, you will be charged a late return fee at 5.15pm sharp. This policy ensures fairness for subsequent users who may be affected.

“I parked the vehicle before the late fee was charged.”
- A vehicle is only considered returned when you end the booking via the GetGo app. Please ensure you have enough time to return the vehicle and end your booking by the scheduled end booking time.

“There was no booking after me.”
- Our late fee policy ensures the availability and reliability of our service for all users. Even if there is no immediate booking after yours, returning the vehicle late may still impact last-minute bookings or maintenance schedules.
