Please park our cars at the designated carpark and lot as indicated in your booking page. As we are a Point A-to-A service, you'll have to return your car to the same lot you picked it up from.
For our Electric Vehicles (EVs), please maintain a minimum of 50% battery level to benefit the next GetGoer. If an EV's battery level is below 50% at the end of your booking, we’d appreciate your help to leave the EV charging. feel free to leave it to charge.
Important: The GetGo app supports charging at CDG ENGIE, Charge+ and ChargEco stations. If the charging spot is occupied, kindly return your EV to its designated lot, irrespective of the battery level.

Please be aware that if the car is not parked back at its designated home lot, there will be a $250 convenience fee that will be charged to you. This fee covers the cost of towing the vehicle back to its original location.
