You may park the car at another lot in the same carpark. Please follow these steps before ending your booking:
- Park in the nearest available white lot to the original GetGo lot.
- Take a photo of the car in our GetGo lot, ensuring that the lot number and car plate number are visible for evidence.
- Take a picture of the GetGo car where you parked it — make sure that the lot number and the car plate number can be seen.
- Contact our Live Chat to share the pictures and provide a brief description of the parking location (e.g., Carpark 437B, Level 2A, Lot 238).
You may also report the vehicle that has parked in our GetGo lot through the OneService app by following these steps:
- Download the OneService app.
- Tap on Submit Case.
- Swipe to the right and tap on Illegal Parking.
- Select the HDB/URA carpark button.
- Enter the relevant details in and submit your report.
