Guide for non-residents living outside Westcove Condo

1. Show your booking confirmation (Booking ID) to the security guard at the guardhouse.

Note: Please provide your NRIC or driving licence if requested by the security guard.

2. Continue along the left walkway beside Block 16 towards the swimming pool

3. Then, walk straight until you reach the tennis court and turn right towards Tower D when you see the signage

4. Take the lift down to the basement car park. At the exit door, turn left.

5. Once you enter the basement car park, you’ll find GetGo’s vehicle parked in Lot 93 next to the blue pillars

6. Please use the parking ramp slope as shown in the photos below to drive the vehicle out and back to its home lot

Important:

You are only allowed to enter and exit the car park via the visitor’s entrance
After returning your vehicle, navigate the roundabout past the guardhouse. When you reach the intersection, keep to the right and proceed to access the basement car park. Failure to comply may result in temporary account suspension and prohibition from entering Westcove Condo.
GetGo will not be responsible if non-residents are stopped by Westcove security from using the facilities that are exclusively intended for Westcove Condo residents

Rule 1: If your EV’s remaining battery level is below 50%, return it to its suggested charging lot and leave it to charge

Rule 2: If your EV’s remaining battery level is above 50%, return it to its home lot

Rule 3: It’s illegal to park in a charging lot without charging your EV
