Before entering Malaysia, please ensure that you have the following items prepared on hand:
- Physical passport of all travelers with at least 6 months of validity.
- Valid physical driving license of all registered drivers.
- NETS CashCard with at least $10 stored value for checkpoint fees when leaving and entering back to Singapore.
- Malaysia charges a RM20 road charge for crossing the border. Have a Touch 'n Go card (TnG) with at least RM50 stored value ready for the cross-border road charge, tolls, and parking. Do note that your TnG app will not work at the toll gantry as the car’s VEP RFID tag is tied to GetGo and the app is not linked to the vehicle’s VEP RFID.
- Data roaming is enabled on your phone so you can lock and unlock the car, and contact us for support if needed.
