After ensuring your safety and the safety of your passengers (if any), follow these steps:
- Remain calm. If possible, activate the hazard lights and avoid moving the vehicle if possible.
- Tap Report an Accident button on your Booking page.
- Share the accident details with our Support Team.
- Gather details from any third parties involved. These include:
- Driver’s name
- Phone number
- Car plate number
- Clear accident scene photos
- Expect our Support Team to arrive at the accident scene within 45-60 minutes within 45-60 minutes.
- Once our team arrives, they will fix an appointment with you to make an accident report at your preferred time and Accident Reporting Centre (ARC) location.
Please bring along the following to make the report:
- Your driver's licence
- Your NRIC
- Photo of the damages from the accident scene
Please note that a police report must be made if the accident involves:
- Damage to government property
- A foreign vehicle
- Pedestrians
- Cyclists
- Hit and run
- Any injuries that require hospitalisation or medical leave of 3 days or more
Important: If a witness appears at the accident scene and supports the other driver’s statements, please be cautious — this may be a staged accident with possible involvement of the witness and the driver involved in the accident.
